After you have completed the order you will receive a Track and Trace link by email. This way you can follow your package :)

Then you can easily return the product with our return form and order a larger or smaller size. You will receive the return form with your order and you can also find it on the shipping & returns page.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned products. If you would like a different size, color or product, you can place a new order in our webshop.

If we have received your package, we will start working on it immediately. We will process your order within 2 days and pass it on to our payment provider. Usually you will receive your refund within 3 to 7 days.

With our size chart you can easily measure which size fits you best. We also use size recommender for the tops that calculates it for you.
